Dr. Tabish Haamid Malik, N.D., is a licensed and Registered Naturopathic Doctor in both Canada and the United States. After finishing her Honors Bachelors of Science at the University of Toronto she completed her education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Dr. Malik has practiced family medicine, delivered lectures and conducted counseling sessions for her patients. She is known for her ability to “go the extra mile”. Her approach to patients is to devise an individualistic plan to reach their health goals. She provides compassionate, comprehensive, personalized family care.

Kaylen Leonienco, MSW, RSW has been a Registered Social Worker in Ontario since 2013. She completed her Honors Bachelor of Social Work at Lakehead University and obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work at Laurier University.
Kaylen has worked in a variety of settings supporting adults and children in hospital, community and non-profit organizations. Kaylen’s therapeutic approach is informed by evidence-based practice such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness through a Trauma-Informed and Strengths-Based Lens.

Dr. Lisa Sandlos first discovered Pilates when she was a professional dance artist in Toronto in the 1990s. Practising Pilates helped keep her body strong when she was rehabilitating from reconstructive knee surgery.
Dr. Sandlos is a Certified Movement Analyst (CMA) through the Laban Institute of Movement Studies (LIMS) in New York which enables her to integrate Bartenieff Fundamentals™ into her Pilates teaching, a somatics approach that reinforces fundamental human movement patterns for optimal body awareness and overall wellbeing.

Katrina M, RMT, RN has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2017 and a Registered Nurse since 2010. This Career Combination has allowed her the space to pursue her passion in facilitating health and wellbeing for her client's.

Kaitlin is prenatal + postpartum yoga teacher and holistic nutrition consultant specializing in care for pregnant and postpartum women, and babies.
After completing prenatal yoga teacher training several years ago, and becoming a certified nutrition consultant, Kaitlin was so excited to become involved with her own community.
Kaitlin has been so happy to be working within the community, supporting the wellness of Women & Babies. She is proud to be the Leader of Mama Village Yoga, where she is able to provide a safe space to stretch and connect.
