Lindsay has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario for over 14 Years. She Completed her Massage Therapy Education at The Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology. 

Lindsay has had the pleasure of working as a Registered Massage Therapist in Multidisciplinary Settings; alongside Chiropractors, Naturopaths, Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists and other Massage Therapists. Each Health Care Practitioner has made an imprint on her path as a Massage Therapist and Business Owner.

Dr. Tabish Haamid Malik, N.D., is a licensed and Registered Naturopathic Doctor. After finishing her Honors Bachelors of Science at the University of Toronto she completed her education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. 

Dr. Malik has practiced family medicine, delivered lectures and conducted counseling sessions for her patients. She is known for her ability to “go the extra mile”. Her Naturopathic approach is to devise an individualistic plan to reach their health goals. She provides compassionate, comprehensive, personalized Naturopathic Family Care.
